At the end of March 2025 Samantha and her daughter Juliette visited Hopeful Home a couple of times. After two years it was wonderful to meeting up with Gopini and Milan Wosti again and seeing the children. We’ve decided to stock up the food storage and provide stationary.

Together with Gopini didie we went to the wholesaler at the outskirts of the ancient town of Bhaktapur and bought 20 sacks of rice, lentils, cooking oil, spices, sugar, salt, and more. We also purchased hygiene products, such as soaps, shampoos, and detergents. All the products were transported by truck and stored at the top of the house.
We also visited a small stationary wholesaler located nearby and ordered 700 notebooks for the older children, 400 for the younger ones, and pencils, erasers, and sharpeners. This will provide sufficient writing materials for quite some time.
One morning Juliette and Samantha walked with the children to their school, about 20 minutes from Hopeful Home. The principal kindly showed us around and we stayed for the morning assembly, where all students lined up and sing the national anthem and morning prayer before going to their classrooms.
We would like to thank all our sponsors for their kind support. Gopini and Milan Wosti are very grateful for our continued support for the children. We will continue supporting Hopeful Home in the coming year and we hope to visit again soon.
