In July 2020, the children from Hopeful Home moved to a new rental house. Gopini Wosti signed a five-year contract. The new house is more spacious than the previous house, but the garden is a bit small. The new location is called ‘Duwakot’ and is not far from the location of the previous house. The children remain at the same school.

We arranged for the house to be painted on the inside. Ram and Gopini shopped together for painting materials. Gopini chose a fresh pink color for all the rooms. They also purchased metal paint for the bedframes, which made a huge improvement.

Ten painters worked tirelessly to paint the entire house within a week and the result is impressive. Instead of gray cement, the walls were transformed in beautiful pink. The children are very happy and in Gopini’s words: “It’s the best house we ever lived in”. We have supported Hopeful Home for many years and have seen five different homes. Hopefully this home will bring lots of happiness for all the children. We would like to thank all our sponsors for their wonderful support.
