In January 2019 Marjolein Kars from the Sonmar Foundation contacted us with the request to support the Annapurna Primary School with writing materials and two clocks for on the wall.

In 2009 we arranged a volunteer work place at this school for Marjolein and her friend Sonja. After returning home, her own foundation was soon established and since then Marjolein has returned to Annapurna Primary School several times. We have made 140 Euro available for this project and Marjolein has purchased all kinds of materials to support the school: exercise books, pencils, erasers, pencil sharpeners, colored pencils, coloring books and two clocks. We would like to thank Marjolein and our sponsors for this fantastic support and it was really nice to work together.
