In April 2023 and 2024 we arranged a sponsorship for Biplab and Sulab, two brothers from Chitwan. The brothers live in Chitwan, a district located in the south of the country and are the nephews of Ram, who has been working for Laxmi Support since 2015. Biplab is 7 years old and in class 3. Sulab is 12 years old and in class 8.

The sponsorship consists of reimbursement of school fees, books, new uniform and writing materials. This support gives the children the opportunity to study at the local private school, Panchakanya Vidhya Mandir, where the standard of education is higher compared to the nearby government school. In 2023 and 2024, Ram traveled to Chitwan for two days to arrange the registration of the children and to purchase all school supplies.

Both boys and their parents are very happy and very proud with this opportunity for a better education in a spacious, clean school environment. Sulab and Biplab have promised to do their best.
