Since 2009 we have successfully placed volunteers at Annapurna Primary School in Pokhara. The Annapurna Primary School is a small school for children up to about 7 years old. This offers good opportunities to develop teaching skills and build good contacts with the students and teachers of the school.
The schoolchildren come from poor families and the teaching level is quite low. The extra contribution from the volunteers gives a positive boost to the school. Volunteers teach English, art, and other subjects.
